maximum number of devices error 6003 - only 2 devices registered

Hi, I have just set up my NOWTV box for the first time and it is saying i have reached the maximum number of devices.  The website and ipad app show only 2 registered devices and it should allow 4?

 

Appreciate some help.

Thanks for getting in touch, very sorry you're unable to view on your desired devices. This would be due to the suggestions outlined in the article given by @Anonymous User

 

You can however view on your desired device now but please take into consideration the steps for the future.

Is there any way to add extra devices or be able add more? I don't even mind paying for it. Irritates me that I am limited. Bought a new phone and won't let me add as I have reached allowance.

I have reached my device limit for the month but don't have any devices registered so I can't watch anything what do I do now Help?

Hi,

 

I'm having a bit of an issue with my device management as we have the Now TV box, two android devices and a laptop set up as our devices however 1 of the Android devices and the laptop no longer work but I have no idea which Android device to delete as both just say Android Device and also, if I delete one of those, I'll have to wait another month to delete the lap top. Is there any way of resetting all devices and starting again?

Best thing to do is to have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they would be willing to reset your devices for you. To get there go to the following help page

and click the Contact Us button at the bottom of it, then choose the Live Chat option (8am to midnight)

hi,

I have been having some issues with watching content today following renewing my pass this month. I tried to remove my account and re add it and hoped this would solve the problem as the issue was something to do with now tv not being able to connect. I removed my laptop whch is my main device from the list and tried to add it again. instead i have been told my device limit is reached. Not very happy as I have had technical issues all day today. Please help! ALso, doe the windows app require its own slot as I sometimes use the app and sometimes mozilla firefox.
