Cancel of payments and refund

I would like to cancel my whole account as i am getting payments taken out of my account monthly that i am not allowing the nowTV to take, i have cancelled all of my passes and have not watched anything but today an amount was taken out of my card that i didn’t allow and wasn’t happy.

Make sure you ask them to trace where the payments are coming from so that any active passes can be cancelled as it sounds like they might be coming from a different account.
