Hi,
i have now tv and I have been paying £7.99 a month even thought I have not used or purchased any passes. I know this because when I click manage my passes there are no previous or new passes in use. There is nothing to cancel. When I check the now tv account for billings again there are no previous or current bill. So in the account there are no history of purchases or payments that I made but every month the amount stated above is taken from my account even though I don’t use it.

Any chance you have ever created more than one account to take advantage of either additional free trials or new customers offers ?
