Hi,
I cannot make or receive phone calls although broadband is working.
Hone of the guides have helped and the line check on the website is not working either, saying that my line cannot be checked at the moment.
I am not presented with any phone numbers to call up and speak to an agent.
Can this issue be investigated further to restore phone service (without impacting upon broadband which is continuing to work).
