Increase in charge

Why have I been charged 46.50 for broadband and calls when I have always paid 23.50.....customer service is absolutely shocking - the chat bot doesn't understand anything and I get cut off on the phone!

@Helenw  I have exactly the same issue - being charged 46.50  now from 23.50 - chat bot is useless....suggests community but not sure how that is supposed to help.

Sounds like the discounted rate came to an end. Which is never a lifetime discount. You should have been notified though.
