Charged twice for some reason

I just started my first month yesterday and been charged twice for some reason I would like to get my money back please.

You won't get a response from NOW here. Have a look at the help pages relevant to either Broadband, or TV issues, whichever is appropriate here. They will guide you towards contact details.

Also what did you get charged for? As both entertainment and cinema charge £9.99 each full price.

For broadband? Delivery fee of £10 plus first month’s broadband charge in advance?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
