Refund of extra charges

Hi team,

I have paid for March month 17th March to 17 April , but my connection was cancelled on 21 st march as there was new connection installed on my address.

The refund was expected today on my account but it's not yet credited.

May I know by when I can expect it in my account as per the last discussion with customer care executive I have been told that refund is already being initiated and will be completed on 17 th April.

But I can't see it yet in my account.

Please let me know by when I can get it.

April 17th is not yet over?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
