Overcharged on the same day

Can someone help me how I get a refund from NowTV or how I manage to place a request for refund since the ChatBot doesn't accept my request and doesn't offer a path to communicate with anyone in the company. The issue is that besides my NowTv Entertainment and Boost subscriptions I was charged extra £76.63 in April 2022 and I have no clue what these charges relate to since I only use it for watching TV series. Please see the charges below. Please advice if you know how I can initiate a process to get them refunded.
