NOW TV is stealing from me

     It has been SEVERAL MONTHS since I have had a NOWTV account and lo and behold on the 2nd October I have received a bill for a service I do not use! I have attempted to find a solution and obtain a refund. This is just absolutely disgusting and frightful behaviour from you. I demand you respond to this with due diligence, cancel my pass and remove my account from your system as I WILL NEVER BE USING NOWTV AGAIN. NOT NOW, NOT EVER. I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU HAVE THE CHEEK TO STEAL FROM PEOPLE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. I AM SO ANNOYED ABOUT THIS. AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE GAME IS WEAK.
