Hello,
My bill has just been increased from 22 to 32 gbp this month with absolutely no warning, how do I get in n contact with someone to call and resolve this issue, I would like to to be reduced down to the standard plan otherwise I will have to switch to a more transparent provider.

Sounds to me that you have just come out of the NowTV Broadband 12 months contract.
You should have received an email about 4 weeks before the contract was up with options and prices.
Double check your email inbox, spam / junk or deleted folders.
Also, go into My Account > Manage Account > My Broadband & Calls > Messages whilst logged in on here where it should show the email in question together with a telephone number to phone.
