Stealing my money

Now tv offered a refund of £21.99 , I said I will take it, they send me an email saying they cannot help us any further and to take my complaint further which I am. But why offer part of my money back then close the complaint saying they won't refund it? They have taken so much money on little bits here and there over the years and they claim it's my fault for not checking my account enough

No, they claimed I had set up a sports package and set up now tv boost which I have never done. Because I would not use the word "accept" for part of the money they owe me they have closed my complaint and accused one of my family of setting up this crap

You will need to keeep complaining, assuming you haven't had the full refund. 

If you want your account closed which you do by the sounds of it, send an email to customer support using the address in the below picture.
