Membership cancellation

I've been offered a new membership of NOW TV by Talktalk.

So I've cancelled my subscription to entertainment and films but can't find how to cancel the actual membership.

Yes this is still haunting me. I've cancelled the 2 memberships (entertainment and films) and are still usable until 18th. 

I accept that the real problem is the actual account, which I haven't cancelled.

Come the day, I just know that my new  TT offer will fail again because it will sense the existing account with the same address.

It wouldn't be so bad if  I could experiment on the day, but based on my first attempt a few days ago it's a 1 use only code.

Consequently I'm getting a new one for the big day.

If the TT offer wasn't so good I'd stuff the lot.

I am not sure if can make it clearer, but your current memberships need to have lapsed before you can sign up via TalkTalk. There should be no issues if you do that on the 19th.
