Need to cancel account - HELP

So I made an account for WIFI mid April. 
I was sent out box yesterday but the engineer hasn’t come yet to activate etc. 


I’ve just been told by my landlord that they provide wifi in my flat, because there are problems with the socket in our place.
So I don’t actually need NowTV WiFi.

Does the “cooling off period” begin from the date activated or the date I signed up?

I don’t want to have to pay for an early exit fee when I haven’t even used or set up the wifi yet.

anyone know what I can do?
