Charged 3 times

I have been charged for boost and cinema and I did not want this. I require a refund please. I have cancelled my membership as I don’t need it anymore so don’t need the credit. My work circumstances have changed and I need the money back.

@Amyfox4  Why have you been charged for this?

The only logical way is that you subscribed to it and agreed to pay, if you didn't want it then you shouldn't have signed up

Wrong.

Now use preticked boxes on the sign-up form to ‘authorise’ these items, but this is not a valid way to obtain a subscriber’s consent, and Now can, and must, refund @Amyfox4  any moneys they have taken from her by these methods.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Which clearly states 7 day free trial of cinema and boost. Then £9.99 and £6 unless cancelled.

You don’t and wont get staff on here to refund you. That’s not how the forum works.
