Membership log in details are not connecting with monthly payments, I think I am logged in wrong

When I log into NOW TV, it is not showing my membership package. Ho do I get the correct log in details? I really need to speak to a human!

Where did you take the membership to begin with? If it was from the app then it won’t be managed on the website. You’ll need to go to your App Store. 

Outside of that there is a slight chance of a duplicate account with the same payment details.
