I only really joined this for the one week trial so I could watch one TV show.
I cancelled my account before the trial ended. I guess I only cancelled the cinema part?

I didn't realise my account was chopped up into different services.
Strange.
Anyway. I'd like a refund & don't know why to contact about that.

Did you take out the trial on the offers section?
if so this includes both cinema, entertainment as well as boost memberships.
All of which needs to be cancelled individually.
