My bill for broadband is supposed to come out on 25th every month but I have checked over the last year they are taken it out on diffrent dates ranging from 22-23-25-26 this is why I don’t trust direct debits this is the second company that done this and the dates never fell on a weekend, if this continues I will be cancelling my contract with now broadband

You have to call broadband support. This is primarily a customer to customer forum so we won’t be able to get your account resolved im afraid.
