Wrong account

Hi I recently separated from my wife and moved into a new house. I took now band as my broad band  supplier. The email account I set up my now account with has been blocked. When I log in to my now broadband account it keeps on bringing up my ex wife as the owner of the account. She was the owner of the account at my old house. I cannot get into contact with anyone at now to resolve the issue. Any ideas how I can reset my account to my new email address.

As fellow customers, we can only tell you how to contact Now Broadband, as they are the only ones who can fix this.

So call the Now Broadband team after 8am tomorrow on any one of these numbers:-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0800 759 1213 or 0330 332 3050

and get them to sort this out for you. (I hope you like hold music 😛)

Good luck!

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
