Increased in my bill

Hi,

 

My bills has jumped from 25.5 per months to 38.5 per month after the end of my contract, this is for broad band only. I am going to cancel my contract if you did not give me an offer to pay what I was paying before.

Since you said your contract came to an end you should have received notification.

To get any sort of offer you MUST speak to staff yourself via the call centre. Make sure to be signed in for the call centre info.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
