Charged 9.99 on app but the app says no membership is active

I signed up for movie pack for £9.99. After the trial period is over it charged me £9.99 but when I go to watch something it says choose a membership. Who do I talk to fix this?

What content are you trying to watch?

 

Does it have a banner for "Peacock"? If so then you need the entertainment membership. 

 

Did you sign up via an Apple device?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Yeah I signed up with Apple device. I was trying to watch movies cause that’s what I paid for but it won’t let me.

This issue sounds familiar and can't for the life of me find any other threads to see what the resolution was. 

 

Probably best to jump onto live chat using the method in my signature below. Hopefully staff can sort you out.
