New broad band

It said it would be delivering my box and stuff a couple days before fitting. Royal mail didn't even attempt to deliver then told me they would deliver next day and I haven't go it this was 3 days ago I'm getting no response from royal mail I don't have what they need to fit my internet tomorrow

At most the OpenReach engineers will do their thing at the cabinet and maybe give you a new master socket. If they are super nice they might set up the router for you, but it is insanely straight forward to do yourself. 

Speak with the broadband team, who might be able to help. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down for the call centre info.
