I had a broadband account with now tv before. I had to leave when I moved home and there wasn’t a space in the box. When a space opened up, I joined. However my new account wasn’t showing online, it was still showing as cancelled from before. I contacted now and they told me I would HAVE to setup a new email to be able to link it to my new account. I did that and gave them the new email there and then over the phone. They said they would get it all linked up. It still hasn’t. My bill is due sometime soon and I can’t see my account details or pay online. I don’t want to have to phone every month to pay.

Contact them in the way you successfully contacted them before, and give them a polite kick up the backside to get this done.
