Hi I have an account but have been given one with my new broadband provider how do I access my new one off my provider they haven't given me details to sign in

You need to sign up with the new provider as I assume it’s not NOW. Did you instruct the new provider to make the switch for you?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help


Account for what? With who? You need to contact your new provider and ask for the details you need that they haven’t given you.

But we are only customers like you, and even if we could help you, which we probably can’t, you haven’t given us enough to go on 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
