I’ve just brought a box about a month ago with a voucher for a free 2 month pass for movies but it’s not accepting it , I just finished my months pass from mc Donald’s and won’t let me put another in ? what do I do ? Thanks in advance

Updating payment details

I want to buy the 2 month sports pass. It went let me! I have changed my card details but still nothing. I would have thought that Sky want my money but obviously not.

Doesn’t work

Got a now TV pass for cinema but not a stick on an LG TV, everything works untill I go to select a movie to watch it come up with the play option at the bottom but nothing happens after that. It’s not showing to be loading and the internet is working...
