http://help.nowtv.com/article/Apply-Voucher-Sky-Movies-Month-Pass click on that and at bottom is contact us link. Click that link and you should be able to get to chat. They should be able to help you apply the pass.

If you need further assistance, contact live chat by clicking on 'contact us' at the bottom of the help article then click 'live chat'. If the voucher code is part of the now TV box pack. Live chat  may ask you for the serial number of your now TV box. Also have your voucher code on hand.

 

 

Finally, if you're trying to enter the voucher code using the Xbox one enter the voucher code on the website instead. It's far easier.

in the my passes section in my account. Click 'apply a voucher' on the appropriate pass
