it might not be a problem at nowTVs end. The games consoles work a little bit differently to other devices because because everything nowTV does on Xbox one has to go through the systems of Xbox live first. So if there is a problem with Xbox live, you might see in our message like the one you're experiencing. You could also have the same scenario with PlayStation because everything now TV doesn't PlayStation has to go through the systems of PlayStation network.
Because of the way Sony and Microsoft have set set up their consoles. Everything has to go through the relative ecosystem first consoles cannot get straight out to the normal Internet.
Out of interest, what Internet speed are you getting at this moment in time. Also, how is your Xbox one connected to the Internet?
