Not working

Hi, I set up now to lastnight with an entertainment voucher and a movies voucher, all was working on my tv fine. This morning I have logged in using my Xbox one and all the options are padlocks and I have signed into my account, please help.

Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you're having issues.

 

You see the padlock because you have set your consoles parental controls to a level that doesn't allow you to see a specific set of content. The way NOW TV handles live streams is to block all images to the stream, as at one time a 12 rated show could be on but the subsequent show could be rated 18. If you want to remove this change the settings on your console.
