broadband slow

hi , is there problems with now tv broadband as my download speed this weekend has been shocking and still is after resets , done a google search to see any problems but nothing ,but on loging in today saying phone and online chat is unavailable due to maintenance is this the issue im suffering 1mb and under download speeds ? but upload still fine ,any help appreciated

Live chat should be available, where the scheduled planned maintenance is set for between 10pm to 11pm tomorrow night.

 

See if this link page below works, where pick a suitable broadband category, then pick a broadband help topic, then if you have signed into your Broadband account a telephone number should appear on screen or alternatively scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green down arrow directly underneath How to Get in Touch to see the live chat button.

 

If the live chat button doesn't open, then try a different internet browser with its ad blocking software disabled (MS Edge & Fire Fox works for me).
