Ordered my super fibre and phone on the 13th August, was meant to go live on the 2/09/19 and I selected later than it could have being due to going on holiday, I informed customer service via live chat about the delay and they have advised it’s gone to tier 2 team to sort. 9/09/19 still not heard anything and getting through to the customer service at Now broadband is abysmal. Apparently it’s BT openreach updating their database? What that has to do with a line going active is beyond me. I’m still left with no broadband and I can’t even place a new order as I don’t know what the hell is going on with my current order.
I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be using them if I have my way.
