Broadband very slow, upload on speed test was 0.69mbs, engineer has been out to fix, yet no change.
I am garanteed dl 49.5 and only getting 29. with the dialup like upload speed I am annoyed as i work from home.
I spoke to Now TV and they "helped" me change channel and said I should wait 24hrs for it to settle, basically Arun fobbed me off.
Can someone please suggest anything as I dont believe radio waves need time to settle, i have very few neighbours.
