Signing up for NOW Broadband

I am moving home next month and had been planning to sign up for Now Broadband at the new property. However, upon trying to sign up and place my order the website says Now Broadband is not available at my address.

 

I have checked on samknows.com to confirm my exchange (Southwark) is enabled for Sky LLU services.

 

Does anybody know what the likely reason for not being able to sign up is?

This happened to me several years ago, I could only get Sky broadband but not Now TV. As a suggestion I would call the broadband team 0330 041 2460, they might be able to give you a reason why. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
