My wifi is shocking, it’s in a small 3 bed flat. Doesn’t work in 2/3 bedrooms. I’ve got assignments to submit, used all my 4g even though I’m the one paying for this wifi that doesn’t work in my room! Can’t seem to get through to anyone, would like to speak to someone that isn’t a bot?

The router is well known for its poor Wi-Fi coverage. If you do a search on the forum you’ll see countless threads of both the number to call NOW broadband team and also people complaining about the Wi-Fi.
All I can suggest is splitting the bands, which should improve the reliability.

You could do a factory reset to the router.

Someone will be along shortly to tell you to split the bands, but don't bother, it will make no difference.

But basically the Now router's Wi-Fi is not very good. You will need to replace the router, or supplement the Wi-Fi.
