I am moving into another flat which as far as i know is only capable of running the basic 'brilliant broadband' NOW TV package through a phone line. I will only be living there for 6 months so would like to start a 'no contract' monthly rolling broadband deal. I am due to move in in 12 days and would like WiFi to be set up ready for my move in date or ASAP after moving in. However when trying to purchase a package online, it just takes me straight to the payment which i am reluctant to do without knowing if i need an engineer to help with set-up or how long the set-up will take. How do I find out the amount of time it will take for my broadband to get set up and whether i will need an engineer to visit - it will inform me when i should place the order on the website because i have obviously not got access to the flat until i move in in 12 days. Also, as i have not yet moved in, i do not know whether the flat is wired with BT or virgin phone lines - would this make a difference?
