Quiet Line

Hiya, when using my landline i cannot hear anyone after a few seconds. Ive doen technical checks and all seems fine but the issue is still there. There is no one avaialble on live chat and i cant find a telephone number to call for some help! How do i raise a fault? Thanks, Sarah 🙂
