No Internet but would like nowtv - dongle?

Hello I would like some help please. I would like to get now tv for my parents but they have no Internet connection at there home so was wondering if I could get a dongle as I have heard you can watch nowtv with no Internet connection (broadband) this way but am unclear really. Can someone please tell me what is the best way to achieve this?

Hi Scott

Unless someone says otherwise, it is not possible to use or watch an Internet based service without having access to the Internet.

Now please note, I did not say own but you must have access to the Internet, i.e. maybe with the permission of an upstairs or downstairs neighbour.
