My phone line is not working. How do I arrange an engineer to fix it.

While signed in, follow the path for broadband issues, and you will be offered a telephone number you can call for broadband issues.

Been through all the options, ending up by clicking "Live chat".  I am then transferred to a blank page that eventually comes up with the message  "A website is slowing down your browser.  Want to close it?".   I've followed this process at least six times with the same result.  My broadband connection is fine but the landline is not working.  Cannot call out, cannot call in from my mobile.  I cannot find a helpline number anywhere on the website.

How do you make contact to NOWTV. the autobot on live chat is useless

Phoning Difficulties

NowTV Broadband customers only should be able to ring NowTV, about broadband issues only, on the contact number they can find in My Account/Orders & appointments.

Free from your landline, but if that is not available, try from a mobile.

Live Chat Difficulties

<If you can’t access Live Chat and nothing happens, try a different browser from your usual one (Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) on which you haven’t disabled pop ups, third party cookies or indeed any cookies, and haven’t set an Ad Blocker, as any or all of these things may prevent the Live Chat window appearing>

I am trying to Inform now tv of my house move the telephone number they have listed Is dead the live chat Is not live but a robotic ticky boxes that do not Include house moves so then you get the robot saying It doesn't know, so I will have to cancel now tv ..... don't think I'm missing much anyway.

this is on going, i have no phone line for 1 week now an engineer was booked but still waiting for my line to be fixed. NOT HAPPY

My Land line is crackling ,I have bought a new phone changed the micro filter checked the socket for loose or broken wires , And had the line checked no fault found .Unfortunately the cracklings is still very loud

Make sure the problem is not at your end by using the test socket (otherwise Openreach may charge for the call-out)

Then use the phone number in the post previous to yours.
