How are you trying to do it, and on what device?
If its an Apple phone then try another device, if its android then try another browser ( ie firefox/opera etc) , likewise if its a PC try a different web browser note that microsoft edge now runs on chrome so if it doesn't work on edge it may not work on chrome which leaves you with something lke Firefox or opera
