Why won't it work?
If you tried all night, is it working now?
Has it ever worked/is it a new installation?
Are you using the Now hub2 router as supplied by Now, if so what lights can you see on the front?
Can you hear a dial tone on the phone that plugs into the mastersocket ( often called a landline phone)?
