Does anyone know how I can get hold of someone to chase our new router ? The engineer visited 8th March and ordered us one due to pore performance but we still don't have it . Absolute pain as 2 of us work from home.

You had better contact Now, as the engineer would, presumably, be from Openreach, and they could maybe suggest the router is faulty, but they certainly can't order one.
