Engineer sent 8th March , new router not arrived !?

Does anyone know how I can get hold of someone to chase our new router ? The engineer visited 8th March and ordered us one due to pore performance but we still don't have it . Absolute pain as 2 of us work from home.

You had better contact Now, as the engineer would, presumably, be from Openreach, and they could maybe suggest the router is faulty, but they certainly can't order one.

The router is normally delivered by Royal Mail and you should have got a tracking number for it?

Best to call the broadband team using the post from @Jayach 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
