Hi there,
I have received numerous texts requesting me to respond with YES or NO to confirm my engineer appointment tomorrow however i am unable to respond. I receive undeliverable responses.
i have read previously that if there is no response the appointment will still go ahead. Just want to make sure this is correct as I have been issued a few texts now?
