Engineer came on 15/3/24 and 25/3/24. On both occasions he said he was unable to complete set up.
Phoned now broadband. They told me this would be escalated as a matter of urgency. I asked for confirmation by email that thistask will be escalated, but I am yet to recieve anything. I'm in the dark somewhat.
