Hi, I've recently signed up to Now Broadband & the router was sent out but I was not in when they attempted to deliver it. They have said I need to contact you to arrange for it to be redelivered. Can you help?

We are just other users like yourself. (well you will be when you get your router)
I would have expect the courier company to attempt redelivery, did they not leave a card?
Still call now and see what they say.

The router is delivered by Royal Mail. So you should be able to go to the nearest collection point.

In what you wrote, who are ‘they’, and who do you think ‘you’ are?
As we are all just customers like yourself here, so can’t arrange for your delivery 😢

Sorry, new to all this, thought I was posting directly to NOW Support, when I realised I tried to delete the post but it wouldn't let me. Thanks for the replies though 😊
