Hi, I've recently signed up to Now Broadband & the router was sent out but I was not in when they attempted to deliver it. They have said I need to contact you to arrange for it to be redelivered. Can you help?

I would have expect the courier company to attempt redelivery, did they not leave a card?
Still call now and see what they say.
