Boradband speeds

I am in my first month with NOW TV, the package is Super Fibre and i am having issues with how slow it is. The below are the speeds i should be getting and are therefore paying for -

Estimated 69.4-74.2 Mbps

Guaranteed 64.6 Mbps

Upload speed:

Estimated 18.1-19.0 Mbps

However these are the speeds i am getting -

7.2Mbps

Upload Speed 10.1Mbps
 
I am very unhappy, with no other way to contact you directly about performance issues and contract breaches i find myself on the community chat. Please can someone contact me about this as soon as possible.

We are all just customers here, and nobody from Now Broadband reads this, much less responds here.

But your issue certainly needs their attention.

You can phone them on 150 if you have a phone on the broadband line, or, failing that, one of :-

0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0800 759 1213 or 0330 332 3050

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Are the speeds you are getting, over Wi-Fi?

If so, what do you get over ethernet?
