You didn’t answer my question. When is/was your go live date?
If it’s in the future then that’s why you won’t have any internet. If it was yesterday or in the past then you need to call the broadband team.
I have a similar situation. My go live date is 11 Sept and I plug in my broadband as instructed. I called the team and they said it could take 24 - 48 hours to get connected. So now I am confused as to when I can use the broadband.
When you get the green light - literally in this case 😛
