Age restrictions

Hi. Can someone tell me how I can change my router settings for age restrictions on an android I do not have a laptop or computer.

Hi @Alia 

If you mean the NOW Broadband Buddy settings, then you do it from your NOW online account on here, under My Account > Manage Account > My Details & Settings > Settings & Pins > Broadband Buddy Settings.

The now router doesnt have much, if anything in the way of parental controls and age restrictions, the only thing i cna think of is the so called broadband buddy , if you are loggedin to this site with your now username/password:

  1. person icon
  2. account summary menu icon ( three lines)
  3. settings and pins
