how to restrict certain devices connecting to router

hi - I'd like to have control over which devices (i.e. phones, laptops etc) can connect to my NowTV Hub 2.0, and possibly when. I haven't seen any obvious options for this in the router setup options.

is this possible??

Outside of doing a factory reset to the router and changing your password. The router is very limited to what it can do.
