Setup

I have replaced my old tv and w8sh to add nowtv,I am an existing member,but when I login there is section that requires me to insert lette4s into box to prove 8 am a  human,but it keeps going to error,I am getting to a point now whether to cancel my membership  if I cannot resolve this problem

Hi @Teadealer 

Bit of a long shot try a power reboot on both your NOW TV playback device or smart TV plus your Router.

Then try again.

If that doesn't help, if you have mobile internet data on your phone, then try your phone has a wifi hotspot with your NOW device and if it then gets past the message and once setup on your existing NOW account then swap back to your home network.

It does look from your posting as though your keyboard is producing incorrect keypresses, though. Could this be at the root of the problem?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
