Activation delay

I have an issue with my broadband and line my live date was 01/04/2020, i have still not recieved any service to which i am paying for as my account has been credited, i contacted now tv and was told it was a problem with there end of things, but i don't know why they are charging me when i am not receiving broadband or line. I need a member of now tv to reply to this message and sort this problem asap. If no response by midnight i will have to contact higher ups to resolve this issue thanks. @nowtv
