refund

I have cancelled my account. yet i have now been charged. How can i get this refunded ????

Hi click http://help.nowtv.com/article/Cancelled-but-still-being-charged there should be a contact button at bottom which will then allow you to click chat. The chat folk can help you. It is quicker than waiting for one of the Now Forum team. Obviously account matters are not dealt with in the public forum.
