Is NOW TV working on other devices? Try rebooting/resetting and/or deleting and reinstalling the app on the TV. Have a look at this also:

Now works fine on my two LG TVs, a GX and a Nano.
So no generic issue there deserving of a refund for you 😢
But what model of LG TV?
Who is your ISP?
And please can we have a more complete description of ‘stopped working’ - what does it do instead of working?

Worked it out. TV had lost its Wi-Fi connection. Which happens a lot, no other apps affected.

But are you saying that other apps worked fine without WiFi, or that Now was the only one to lose its connection, or what?

NOW was only one to lose connection but all fixed now. More a problem with LG tv than anything else.

How odd, though, as I’ve never had anything like that. But mine are both 2020 sets, so maybe this is an issue with a different model year? AAMOI, what’s the model number?
